- More economical than hiring a temp or an employee.
- You don’t have to pay for benefits or taxes like: payroll taxes, workman’s compensation, 401K (or retirement), vacation, personal time, or employee downtime.
- You pay for only hours worked by your VA.
- VA’s are independent contractors, they are in business to make money just like you.
- They are specialized in their fields and can get things done faster than you, therefore not as much time to get tasks done as what you would take.
- Therein, this frees you up to focus on your business and gives you more time to generate more revenue for YOUR business and increase your productivity.
- You are not stressed about having to get those day to day (non-creative) tasks done, your VA will get them done for you.
- You don’t pay for equipment and software, they have their own and THEY are responsible for all of it.
Here is a money breakdown for you! Say you work for: (we are going to use round numbers for this)
Creating: 50 hours/week * $100/hour = $5,000 * 4 weeks/month = $20,000 month
Office Work: 2 hours/day *$100 = $200/day * 5 days/week = $1,000 a week * 4 weeks/month = $4,000/month
That is: $20,000/month creating - $4,000/month office work = $16,000/month
This sounds pretty good, BUT………………
It will take you 2 hours a day to accomplish the “office tasks” but a VA will be able to do these tasks a LOT quicker with it being Their Specialty. They can do the same amount of work in say 4 hours a week.
VA Work: 4 hours/week* $30/hour = $120 a week * 4 weeks/ month = $480
$20,000/month creating - $480/month for VA = $19,520
So, which would you rather make? $19,520/month paying a VA or $16,000/month doing office work yourself. That is a difference of $3,520 a month.
